I have an extensive background in public speaking, education, and nonprofit work, and I have presented to organizations and at conferences across the United States. My areas of expertise include grant writing and development, professional and creative writing, cultural competency (with a focus on serving the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer communities), and violence prevention and intervention.
